To remove the pop-up and continue into the course, select the option to "always allow pop-ups from uillinois.abilitylms.com."

How do I launch the HIPAA New Hire OR HIPAA Annual Refresher training course?
Once logged into the learning system, the green tile labeled either "HIPAA New Hire Training or HIPAA Annual Refresher Training" displays a link to the course. Click this link to open the associated Course Home Page.
A separate course communication window opens which states "Please Do Not Close this WIndow....and it contains a LAUNCH THE COURSE button. This window must remain open through the duration of the training. Employees will select the LAUNCH THE COURSE button to access the material.

I finished the HIPAA New Hire OR HIPAA Annual Refresher training course but I don't see a link to print my certificate. Why?
The HIPAA training course has two requirements, which must be done before you can print your certificate:
1. You must go through every slide and complete every task before the course is marked FINISHED or COMPLETED.
2. You must sign and confirm that you went through all of the course materials. This is confirmation displays as a SIGN-OFF link.
Once both of these requirements are done, the certificate's PRINT link will display when you open the HIPAA training Course Home Page.

The course I am taking has a test but I cannot find it. How do I launch the post-course test?
